Level 2: Coordination of Supports
This support item strengthens your ability to design and then build your supports with an emphasis on linking the broader systems of support across complex service delivery environments.

Coordination of Supports will focus on supporting you to direct your own life,
not just your services, and is focused on assisting you in any way possible to build and maintain a resilient network of formal and informal supports.

We will work closely together to understand the funding within your plan, identify what you expect and need from services, and how you want this designed.

Coordination of Supports also includes coaching when applicable, and working with you to develop capacity and resilience in your network.

Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination
This support is delivered utilising an expert or specialist approach, necessitated by specific high complex needs or high level risks in your situation.

With my extensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), qualifications in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice and prior experience working in Corrective Services - I can support you to reduce any complexities in your support environment, and overcome barriers to connecting with broader systems of supports, as well as funded supports.

This may involve instances when you or someone you care for may be experiencing Justice involvement, Mental Health System involvement or similar.

Please note: this support is generally delivered through an intensive and time limited period, necessitated by your immediate and significant barriers to plan implementation.

Psychosocial Recovery Coach
These support items provide assistance for you to build capacity and resilience through strong and respectful relationships to support people with psychosocial disability to live a full and contributing life.
This support is designed to be able to maintain engagement through periods of increased support needs due to the episodic nature of mental illness.

With my degree in Psychological Science and career experience in supporting those with psychosocial disabilities, I will support you to take more control of your life and to better manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living.

Please note: this support can be accessed across all days of the week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
