Navigating the NDIS - Together
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a vital program that provides essential support to people living with disability. While it can be life-changing, the system itself can often feel complex and difficult to navigate - even for those with experience.

That’s where I can help. My role is to support you, your family, friends, and carers to understand the NDIS and access the right supports so you can focus on what matters most - achieving your goals and living your best life.

With over four years of experience working within the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), I bring deep insight, practical knowledge, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every situation. Whatever obstacles arise, we’ll work through them together.

Level 2: Support Coordination
This support is about helping you make the most of your NDIS plan by designing and coordinating the right mix of supports for your needs. We’ll work together to link different services and systems so everything fits together smoothly - even if things feel complicated. The goal is to support you to take the lead in your own life, not just in managing services. Together, we’ll build and maintain a strong network of both formal and informal supports that reflects your goals and what matters most to you. We’ll work closely to:
-
Understand your NDIS plan and budget
-
Identify your needs and expectations from services
-
Use your NDIS supports appropriately and in line with your plan
-
Make sure your services are set up in a way that works well and is sustainable
When it’s helpful, this support can also include coaching and capacity-building so that you and your network can feel more confident and independent in managing your supports over time.

Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination
This type of support is for situations where things are a bit more complex, and you may need specialist help to navigate higher levels of risk or support needs. With my background in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice, experience in Corrective Services, and deep knowledge of how the NDIA works, I can help you make sense of complex systems, reduce barriers, and build stronger connections with both your funded supports and the broader services available to you.
This kind of support can be especially helpful if you (or someone you care for) is involved with the justice system, mental health services, or other specialised services, and you need someone who understands how these systems fit together.
Please note: This support is usually intensive and time-limited, focused on working through the immediate challenges that may be stopping your NDIS plan from being implemented effectively.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
These supports are all about helping you build confidence, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful, respectful relationships. My goal is to support you in living a full and connected life, at a pace that works for you. I understand that mental health can be episodic, and that some periods may bring greater challenges than others.
That’s why this support is flexible and designed to stay with you through those tougher times, so you don’t have to navigate them alone. With my background in Psychological Science and years of experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, I’ll work alongside you to build skills, increase independence, and take back control of your day-to-day life in a way that feels safe and empowering.
This support is available seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, so help is there when you need it most upon request.
